How do I print 21 different labels on a page?

If you are using the Decadry Express Label software you will need to use the mail merge facility which is found under Tools and then follow the instructions.

If you are using any other software you will need to contact the relevant helpdesk.

Can I use the templates on Apple Mac?

Although the Decadry softwares and the template downloads are incompatible with the Mac OS, you should not have a problem printing the labels on an Apple Mac.

The ability to print to Decadry labels depends on the software you are using. In most word-processing software's there will be an option for printing labels and you should be able to choose the equivalent Decadry label by scrolling through the various label size options. Within the label packet, Decadry has included an outline template showing the various dimensions to match to the labels within your WP software or to make a custom sized label.

The MS Word for Mac is very similar to MS Word for Windows in which there is a facility for designing a custom sized label to match the paper insert.  Unfortunately not knowing which software you are using I am unable to advise in any great detail - you should contact the your software help desk to advise how their software works.

What printer settings should I use to print onto white, smooth edged business cards?

It is difficult to recommend as each printer manufacturer uses different classifications of paper e.g. HP printers generally incorporate only HP types of paper. In general use Automatic and let the printer determine the weight of paper or select an ink jet compatible weight of paper.

What software do I need to print T-shirt Transfers also Windows films for inkjet?

You do not need any "special" software to design your T shirt or window film. Any word processing software that will allow you to design and print is sufficient e.g.  MS Word will allow you to compose a message or slogan in text and it will also allow you to import images  or clip art into your design. 

Can the templates be downloaded into Works?

The downloads are designed for installing into MS Word because this programme is by far the most used software for word processing. Data held in Access and Excel when used as a database, can be imported into Word via the mail merge option.

Can I download the templates into Publisher?

The software was originally designed for the small office/ home office user (SOHO user) and as such it was more likely that the SOHO use would be using Word as a more general application and less likely to be using Publisher.

There are no plans at present to make the templates available for Publisher.

Where can I find an operators manual for this software?

Decadry has decided as with many other software developers to provide the hard copy manual in the form of an on screen help, there is therefore no instruction manual.

Where can I update my Software 150?

The Software 150 was discontinued several years ago and is now no longer available and support was stopped 2 years ago.  The product was superceded by the Decadry Express Business card software which is available to purchase online at www.print-decadry.co.uk
